A Dublin vacation is like an Irish coffee: warming, wondrous, and full of flavor. From the quirky shops, dazzling architecture and national museums to the caffeine caverns and late-night drinking holes, this old city has inspired artists and intellectuals for centuries, and it’s not hard to see why.
Never one to do things by halves, The Lab downed a taste of the town with Chris Tanner and Rachel Joy as they explored the city’s many offerings from their central base at Generator Hostel, within the re-imagined walls of the historic Old Jameson Distillery. Whether you spend your time thumbing through Ulysses, getting inked, or leaning at the bar with a Guinness in your hand, Generator’s lofty space is the ideal spot to chow down, drink up, relax and rest your head, to be sure.
We stayed at Generator, because when we travel to Dublin we want more. Much, much more.
